Her own personal journey and spiritual discovery led her to develop a strong yoga and meditation practice , "which allows me to create a unique complementary blend of traditional western psychology and alternative eastern philosophy of mindfulness (non-denominational) to help you effectively address life's personal challenges based on your own personal beliefs by developing physical, psychological, and spiritual awareness".
As a San Gabriel Valley native, former competitive figure skater and coach, Natalie offers a unique understanding of young national and local athletes and creative performers. After living in West Los Angeles for several years, she has had the opportunity to work with many college and professional athletes, serious and accomplished television, film, and stage actors, as well as successful writers, dancers, and musicians.
